LED screens offer messages of hope to Mumbai residents

LED screens offer messages of hope to Mumbai residentsLED screens have been displaying messages of hope following the devastating attacks in Mumbai.

Joe Sequeira, manager of a Mumbai restaurant, has revealed that the city’s residents continue to feel unsafe following the shootings.

Many of Mumbai’s residents have responded by staying within their own homes in a bid to prevent them from becoming victims of any further attacks.

Mr Sequeria explained that the threat of further shootings combined with rumours is affecting the city’s residents.

“Suddenly no one feels safe or secure. It will take time. People are scared but they will realise it’s no use being scared and sitting at home,” he told Sky News.

To alleviate concerns LED screens are displaying messages to encourage citizens to continue their normal routines as much as possible.

LED boards are currently displaying the message: “Do not listen to rumours” in efforts to help the city cope with the outfall of the attacks.

Atlanta, in the US, has recently revealed that it plans to use LED screens to display messages during emergency situations.

I would recommend LED Synergy to anyone considering purchasing an LED sign. We have had so many compliments since it was installed and it has been a valuable asset.
