We have used LED Synergy to install our new LED cricket scoreboard. The team - from sales through to installation - were all brilliant and a pleasure to deal with.

We recently purchased 2 LED boards to display site Safety statistics, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service team were very responsive and helpful, providing clear communication throughout the ordering process to ensure the product fully met our needs and expectations. The product itself is high quality and works exactly as expected. What really stood out was the after-sales support, which has been just as professional and prompt. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable safety signage and great customer service. We will be using them again for more solutions across our Scunthorpe site.

Good after sales care is very hard to find nowadays, so it was a pleasure to speak to Liz at LED Synergy when our scoreboard needed repairing. From that first call the service was incredible. We had what we thought was an unachievable deadline because of a big sporting event we host, but from the moment I mentioned that, I was left in no doubt that this could be met and it was. We were kept in touch the whole way through the repair and were very impressed with the low cost. LEDSynergy were very helpful in advising on the type of screen and providing the data and images required for obtaining permission to install it. There was some delay because their supplier changed their designs and some confusion over installation of the data cable but overall the installation went smoothly and should we wish to have another digital screen we would certainly go to LEDSynergy. Fantastic display and great service

I am the Commercial Executive at Chatham Football Club and my roll is to bring in sponsors to purchase advertising space around around the stadium then I came with the idea of putting in LED Screens to bring in additional sponsors so like everyone I Googled companies within our area and LED Synergy (electronic displays) came up on the search engine and although I had no experience or references of them what I must say that the Advice and Service that our club received from the meeting at their factory to the eventual instalment of the Screens was Excellent, due to not having any knowledge of LED screens the service the club received from the MD Jeremy to the Engineers was second to none and also their back up service is impeccable so if you are thinking of installing LED Screens I would recommend you pick the phone up to LED Synergy as I know you wont be disappointed. I contacted LED synergy to enquire about having a new scoreboard for our rugby club, I was contacted by James who asked me our requirements & explained the different options to me, followed by emailed examples, once we had decided on what we wanted James handed me over to Liz who completed the paperwork, sent out all the specification’s, nothing was too much trouble, any questions or queries we had were answered quickly and in layman terms, we had to delay installation due to the club being flooded but this wasn’t a problem at all and as soon as we were ready for the installation, a date was quickly rearranged, the engineers were amazing took 2 days to install and explained how the score board worked, the quality of the equipment is fantastic, the value for money is great & the professionalism of everyone we dealt with just amazing everyone was so friendly and really cared about providing us with exactly what we wanted and giving us fantastic customer satisfaction,I am highly recommending this company.
