LEDsynergy Announces Strategic Manufacturing Partnership with LEDX Technology to Strengthen Global Competitiveness

Andover, UK – 8 May 2026 – LEDsynergy, a long-established UK manufacturer of LED display solutions, has announced a strategic manufacturing partnership with India’s first LED display manufacturer – LEDX Technology, marking a significant step forward in its global production strategy.

For many years, LEDsynergy has proudly manufactured its core display range and bespoke LED solutions within the United Kingdom. However, increasing cost pressures within the global electronics and display sector have made it progressively more challenging to maintain competitive pricing while preserving the high standards customers expect.

To address this, LEDsynergy has partnered with LEDX Technology, a next-generation LED display manufacturer based in Gujarat, India. This collaboration will see LEDsynergy’s core display product range manufactured at LEDX’s advanced production facility, while all custom and specialist display solutions will continue to be designed and built in the UK.

Jeremy Harwood, Director LEDsynergy commented:
“I have known the people behind LEDX since the 1990s. When they developed this facility, I recognized a partner that shares our commitment to quality. This partnership allows us to remain competitive globally without compromising on quality or innovation.”

Sanket Rambhia, Managing Director, LEDX Technology commented:
“LEDX is built to serve global markets with world-class, export-ready manufacturing. This partnership combines our automated production strength with LEDsynergy’s design expertise—a compelling proposition for competitive markets.”

The LEDX facility represents a major investment in cutting-edge manufacturing capability. The site features state-of-the-art SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machinery sourced directly from Japan and Korea, ensuring adherence to the highest international quality standards. All products manufactured at the facility are certified to global compliance benchmarks, including FCC, CE, RoHS, and UL/ETL standards.

Spanning 10,000 square metres, the fully automated, air-conditioned plant is designed for efficiency, precision, and scalability, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 square metres of LED displays. Strategically located in Gujarat, the facility benefits from strong logistical connectivity to both international airports and major ports, enabling streamlined global distribution.

Notably, the site is positioned as India’s first and only fully automated LED display manufacturing operation, offering a compelling alternative to traditional supply chains.

Despite the shift in production for standardised products, LEDsynergy’s commitment to UK innovation remains unchanged. All displays will continue to integrate seamlessly with the company’s UK-designed and UK-hosted cloud control system, which has been approved for use by the Ministry of Defence (MOD). This ensures continuity in performance, security, and system architecture for existing and new clients alike.

This partnership signals the beginning of a new phase for both organisations—combining British design expertise and system integration with high-efficiency, large-scale manufacturing capability.

LEDsynergy is now engaging with distributors, integrators, and LED display suppliers seeking a reliable, cost-effective alternative in the market. The company’s proposition is straightforward: high-quality LED display solutions at highly competitive pricing, without reliance on Chinese manufacturing.
