Police in the UK are following police services in the USA using digital billboards to fight crime.

British police services in Yorkshire have been using mobile Digital Billboards to carry community relations messages into suburbs and appeals for information on missing and wanted persons. Police services can now reach highly targeted groups of people who have previously been difficult to reach due to location, language issues and social influences.
