Car dealers use digital signage screens
A major car dealer has revealed how LED-based screens are helping to boost trade.
Scala recently teamed-up with Dismart to install the screens in Chekhov Auto outlets.
The car company explained that the LED-based displays helped attract customers' attention to vehicles that are currently for sale.
A range of information is displayed by the screens such as details of vehicles as well as payment options.
The screens also beam advice regarding car care and insurance to customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.
Arthur Rubanovich, director of Dismart Russia, stated that the LED-based screens could reach more customers.
He said: "Chekhov Auto knew that a percentage of prospective customers chose to browse but not to buy with some engaging with the sales and service teams and others not.
"There was a need to examine how best to reach 100 per cent of prospective customers in a meaningful and engaging way."
Meanwhile, Chow Tai Fook, a China-based jeweller, recently installed LED screens into its outlets to draw-in customers.
